Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Bangkok Glow Waxing Studio collects and uses personal data. Bangkok Glow Waxing Studio is operated by WaxU Co., Ltd. (บริษัท แว็กซ์ ยู จำกัด), company registration no. 0105568188571, 455/25 Bang Waek Road, Bang Waek Subdistrict, Phasi Charoen District, Bangkok 10160, Thailand. We follow Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
What we collect
- Bookings: when you book, your name, phone number, email and appointment details are collected by Fresha, our booking system, and shared with us so we can manage your appointment.
- Messages and calls: if you contact us by phone, LINE, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or email, we receive your name or profile name, contact details and what you write to us.
- At the studio: the service you choose and any notes you give us about your skin or preferences, so we can provide the service safely.
- This website: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. The site uses only cookies needed for it to work, such as remembering your language. We do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking on this website.
How we use it
To take and manage bookings, answer your questions, provide our services, keep our records as required by law, and keep this website secure. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we use to run the business (Fresha for bookings, LINE, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook for messages, and our website host), and with authorities where the law requires it. Each of these services also has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, ask us to stop using it, or withdraw consent you have given. You can also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee. To make a request, email waxubkk@gmail.com or message us on LINE @bangkokglowwaxing.
