Waxing is the only thing we do.
No facials. No nails. No menu of twenty other services. Waxing is a discipline of its own, and nobody is excellent at everything. We chose one thing and we do it all day, every day. That focus is why the work is excellent, and why it never slips.

Waxing is still too often done in informal settings: whatever surface is free, whoever is available that day. We built the opposite.
Every treatment happens in a private, purpose-built clinical treatment room. Clean surfaces, sterilised tools, nothing improvised.
Single-use means single-use: fresh gloves, fresh spatula, fresh paper. One dip in the pot. Never a second. Zero double-dipping, ever.
Between every client the room is stripped, cleaned and reset. Everything reusable goes into the UV steriliser standing in the room, where you can see it.
Your safety and your skin come before the schedule, before the booking, before the sale. Watch any part of it. You should.
Our wax.
We use professional wax only: Caronlab from Australia and Cirépil from France. Decades of laboratory work behind both, and a different formula for each treatment, each hair type, each skin type. Coarse hair, fine hair, sensitive skin: there is a wax made for it, and that is the one you get.
We never use generic, unbranded wax. Not because of what it costs, but because nobody can tell you what is in it, how hot it runs, or what it will do to your skin. That is where burns and irritation come from, and it is the one corner in this business nobody should ever cut.
Your skin decides, not the schedule.
Every appointment starts with the skin in front of us that day, not the skin from your last visit and not a standard script. Your therapist assesses the area, then chooses the right wax for it.
If waxing would harm your skin today, we say so and we stop. We will send you home before we take your money.
If something isn’t right.
Sometimes things do not go as planned. Our team answers messages around the clock. Tell us. We put it right at our cost. That is the whole policy. No fine print, no exceptions.
One price per service, published.
Every price is on this site before you book, and it is the same price in the studio. One service, one price. We do not inflate single services, bundle them together and sell the difference back to you as a saving that was never there.
The people doing the work.
Every member of our therapist team comes from a medical background and professional beauty training, not a weekend course. Technical standards are set and held in-house by a senior therapist with more than fifteen years in waxing, and the team keeps training to hold them there.
That is why the work is the same in both studios, on a quiet Monday or a full Friday.
